Inner Glow Collective’s founder
Salon Owner, Kirsty, has been in the beauty industry for three decades. With a dynamic and forever-learning approach, she has spanned a 30 year career that has seen her travel the world; broadening her skill set and learning on a global level.
Hosting an anti-ageing seminar at the anti-ageing conference in South Africa to some of the world’s leading Dermatologists, including Dr Des Fernadez (Founder of Environ), has been one of her finest and proudest moments of her career to date.
Her two decades of heading a large chain of beauty salons, has seen Kirsty be a top spokesperson within the industry, presenting at industry events as well as forming part of the steering group in forming occupational standards for Beauty and Advanced Aesthetics.
Furthermore, being involved in product development, she is renowned as a beauty powerhouse.
Over the past 10 years, Kirsty has developed and operated a multi-award winning salon in the heart of Northallerton. She quickly developed an established team of award-winning therapists who hold IQ Level 4 Clinical Aesthetics Qualifications; a team of therapists who form part of the IGC team in Stokesley.
Kirsty’s motivation to do more
Kirsty suffered a huge health blow in 2020. Her time away from the industry to focus on her health and recovery saw Kirsty throw herself in expanding her knowledge and skills. This really set her on her journey of helping women navigate their way through particularly challenging times in their lives such as menopause, cancer, amongst other health issues.
She became Jennifer Young Touch Therapy qualified to safely and effectively treat anyone living with and life beyond cancer.
Kirsty very much believes that the health of mind and body are interconnected and complimentary of each other. She is a qualified NLP practitioner making her well-equipped and trained in helping and understanding the psychological impact a change in health can have on an individual.
Inner Glow Collective is born
Inner Glow Collective is an amalgamation of all of Kirsty’s passion, drive and wealth of experience.
The clinic is a results driven, skin health, wellness and lifestyle brand who address both physical and mental aspects of health; treating the whole person, not just the skin.
We’re creating a brand that women can trust and be reassured of the integrity and efficacy of the products and treatments on offer. Harnessing the natural capabilities of the body’s largest organ, the clinic maximises results that are safe, without any long-term risks or detrimental consequences when use is stopped. We pride ourselves on simplifying skin care regimes with clean and ethical products and treatments. Whilst doing so, we educate women so they can spend their money wisely, eliminating the self-prescribing and guess work.
We endeavour to always stay curious when it comes to innovation in the skin and health industry, so we can provide our members with high performance, up-to-date treatments, services and products in the best hands.
