Kirsty suffered a huge health blow in 2020. Her time away from the industry to focus on her health and recovery saw Kirsty throw herself in expanding her knowledge and skills. This really set her on her journey of helping women navigate their way through particularly challenging times in their lives such as menopause, cancer, amongst other health issues. She became Jennifer Young Touch Therapy qualified to safely and effectively treat anyone living with and life beyond cancer. Kirsty very much believes that the health of mind and body are interconnected and complimentary of each other. She is a qualified NLP practitioner making her well - equipped and trained in helping and understanding the psychological impact a change in health can have on an individual.
