In circumstances where monthly allocation cannot be used, you are able to regift your allocation to a loved one with prior notice to the team on who you will be gifting your allocation to. Monthly treatment allocations cannot be carried over to alternative months.

Membership privileges cannot be transferred and remain exclusive to the membership holder only

In circumstances where payment is declined, we will send you a polite email informing you and place your membership on hold until alternative payment method has been set up.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time after your initial three month membership, however 28 days cancellation notice is required.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership by providing 28 days notice of such termination.
